Alchemist Homes can provide floor plans and renderings, and a budget, that can take a property from a land listing to where the eyes are: housing listings. We will provide these materials for free and unbranded. If the site buyer signs a preconstruction services agreement with Alchemist Homes, we will pay buyer's rep and seller's rep each the greater of $2,000 or 1.5% of the land's purchase price.

Buyers don't nearly search for raw land sites as often as they search for houses, townhomes, and multi-family. Expand your marketing reach dramaticlly by moving your listing to where nearly all buyers are found on Zillow, Redfin, the MLS, and more, with visuals that capture the potential of the land. Alchemist will provide floor plans and renderings for free, along with an estimate, when you provide five agent referrals.

Earn an enhanced commission after the first three clients within each calendar year. That means you can earn at least an additional $3,000 more for each of your land listings that result in the fourth or more signed preconstrution agreement within a 12-month period.
