Make Alchemist your first call when you consider building your dream home. We can be there by your side from the start, outlining the process, evaluating construction and design potential, and assembling the construction delivery team. Our pre-construction services begin with a free consultation and end with a construction contract you can take to the
bank and a walkthrough of the standards by which your new custom dream home will be constructed.
2. Design
Alchemist has in-house designers and innovative design partners who come from some of the most prestigious design schools in the world. Our design teams can help articulate your vision while our project experts advise on constructability along the way. You will lead your design team from your broad vision through key interior design decisions that will capture the new lifestyle your custom dream home will provide. If you have your own designer, we can work with them in just the same fashion.
3. Build
Buying a home is transactional, but building one is an experience filled with self-discovery most people will never get to enjoy. Our construction process kicks off with a groundbreaking ceremony and ends with a ribbon-cutting commemorating the incredible journey. Throughout the course of construction, you will have access to the most up-to-date progress information and your project team, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through our mobile app and web portal. We can provide personal guided tours at various stages as well so that you can experience the
touch, the feel, and the craftsmanship going into your new custom dream home.
4. Move-in
Building with Alchemist Homes is an experience, it’s relational, and it’s not a transaction. We will still be by your side after the completion of construction. Together, we will walk through your newly completed custom dream home for a post-construction evaluation to make sure it meets or exceeds the standards we discussed prior to breaking ground. And we’ll be
back again in 12 months to check on the quality again. Your experience in your new home is important to us.
